This month instead of Twinnies we have Trippies of the month! We selected 6 month old triplets Pranav, Pavani and Vraj. What stood out to me first was their names. I had to know more! So thier mother was kind enough to enlighten us on the meaning of their names, and I have to say I learned something new! Here is what she had to say:
Their names are of Indian origin and are Hindu names.
Pranav- the sound of Om; my husband and I both got Om tattoos for our 9th wedding anniversary. The syllable om is composed of the three sounds a-u-m (in the Sanskrit language, the vowels a and u join to become o), which represent three important triads: earth, atmosphere, and heaven; the major Hindu gods, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva; and the sacred Vedic scriptures, Rig, Yajur, and Sama. Thus om mystically embodies the essence of the universe. It is uttered at the beginning and end of Hindu prayers, chants, and meditation and is also freely used in Buddhist and Jain rituals.
Pavani- means holy purity or The purifier.
Vraj- has multiple meanings, we picked it because one of the meanings is strength. More
