We asked their mom a few questions and here is what she had to say about her twinnies and the holidays:
How old are they? 11 1/2 months (born December 24, 2010)
What was your most memorable moment from the day your multiples were born? The entire day was memorable! I woke up Christmas Eve in labor & by the time we made it to the hospital, I was 4cm dilated! The twins weren’t supposed to arrive until January 31st, so I was in shock! But when they were born that night, just seeing them for the first time was the best!
How do you plan on celebrating the holidays with your family this year? Since last years Christmas was spent in the hospital, this year is going to be surrounded by family! Although my husband is deployed, we’re making the best of it all. I’m so excited to have the twins first “real” Christmas!
Does your family have any holiday traditions you can share with us? We always go out to look at Christmas lights a few days before Christmas! Even as an adult, I get super excited about it!
What was YOUR favorite gift you received for the holidays as a child? Oh gosh, Barbie’s were always fun to get! I do remember one year getting a Super Nintendo & was so excited!
Finish this sentence: The best part of being a parent of multiples is there’s never a dull moment! These babies keep me on my toes & entertain me on a daily basis! The stuff they do and how they interact with one another is just amazing!
