A Twiniversity Family tries out Country Dance 2 for wii

The Country Dance 2 game got our family to try something new – dance together to country music. We don’t regularly listen to country music so the game had a bit of an uphill climb. We started playing the game and not recognizing the songs, jumped right in with the ‘Surprise me’ option. The “Surprise Me” option picks a random song and the game just begins.

Every year at Twiniversity we use the month of December to highlight some of our amazing families. Some folks have the 12 Days of Christmas, but with twins, shouldn’t we have 24 days? So from Dec 1st through December 24th we will feature an amazing family and tell you a bit about them.
We asked their mom a few questions and here is what Georgia had to say about her twinnies and the holidays:
How old are they? Four, will turn five on December 17
What was your most memorable moment from the day your multiples were born?: I was expecting twin boys and when the doctor pulled out the first baby he said “it’s a girl!” I was so happy to have a boy and a girl I started to cry! (I adopted the twins because I was told I would not be able to have children without fertility treatment, so I thought they would be my only children, so to have one of each sex was a dream come true!)
How do you plan on celebrating the holidays with your family this year? We will spend the night Christmas eve with my mother and wake up early to open presents.
Does your family have any holiday traditions you can share with us? Unwrapping one present each on Christmas eve (usually pjs, but this year we will be opening slippers instead, got to change it up every once in a while so they are surprised!)
What was YOUR favorite gift you received for the holidays as a child? Rollerblades
